We are all self made

" I choose to believe that, because that's factual." Which do you normally choose to believe in? Now most of the time people would of course say, " Well, I'm a very factual person. "It's based on facts, it's based on science. "It's like the law of gravity and, therefore, "I Choose to believe that, because that's factual," But think about it. When it comes to believing in facts versus beliefs, when would it be a good time to actually choose beliefs over facts? Think about it this way. Imagine " I choose to believe that, because that's factual." Imagine if i choose to venture into this business and right now, facts based on statistics, the people who began a business in that industry fails within three years 90% of the time. And that's based on statistics, That's a fact. Now ask yourself, if you choose to believe in that fact , does it actually serve you?

But what if you chose to adopt the belief  " I choose to believe that, because that's factual."  that i am above average, therefore I'm going to be the minority 10%  that will beat the odds. The point i am trying to make is we are all self made. We're all self made in the sense that we are responsible for the results that we have in our lives. Now that being said, I'm not talking about the results or being a victim of a certain crime, or being born in a rural poverty where we don't have the choices, that's the basic human choices that's available to most of us." I'm talking about the normal average person living in a developing or developed country. I believe that is we have that privilege then yes, we are the result, and we are all self made. Now think about it The people that's actually self made that would admit it are usually the people who are successful. You'll never hear somebody that's broke and say, "I'm a self made broke person."  Why is that the case ? It is because most of the time we have facts and we have beliefs and the question is which do u choose to believe in? I believe that it's always beliefs that actually support us, that motivate us, that push our boundaries, rather than looking at facts.' Cause when we choose to look at facts, it could be in any area of life, it could be in fitness, it could be in the fact that obesity runs in your family tree. Now that's a fact, if that's true.

But think about it, If it was binary, what's your other alternative? Your other alternative would be, "Well, since it's in my family tree I would anything about it "because it not going to serve me" However, if you choose to come with the belief that, you know what, I'm going to beat the odds. Think about it. That actually serves you, that actually motivates you, and that actually helps you beat the odds. So at the end of the day, which do you choose to believe in?

Are you a factual person, or do you choose to believe in the beliefs that could actually empower you?
